• Advising clients on pre-merger notifications and other competition-related matters.
• Advising and representing clients in merger proceedings before the Competition Tribunal.
• Individual and block exemption applications.
• Litigating in the Competition Tribunal, Competition Appeal Court and Constitutional Court in matters relating to restrictive practices, abuse of dominance, breach of merger conditions and interpretation of the Competition Act.

 
Several of the firm’s directors and lawyers have gone on to serve on the Competition Tribunal, as judges of the Competition Appeal Court, and as Commissioner of the Competition Commission.
