Palesa Msimanga advises a wide range of clients, including trade unions, trusts and government departments on various labour related and general litigation matters. She has litigated in various forums, including the Magistrates’ Court, High Court, Labour Court, CCMA and various Bargaining Councils. She has also been involved in competition matters dealing with complaint referrals to the Competition Tribunal, involving the contravention of section 4(1)(b)(i) and (ii) of the Competition Act.
Palesa received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2012. She also has a Certificate in Advanced Labour Law from the University of Pretoria (2018) and a Certificate in Civil Mediation and Training from Legal Education and Development (2018).
